We have good parking facilities, a discharge and load zone in front of the door and we are easy to reach by car and public transport. The total floor area is about 200 m2, the height just over 4 metres. NLstudio’s is located on the first floor of an old school building. MSTUDIO is located between Washington Street and the west side highway, one block north of West 11th street.
Overlooking the Hudson River, the space is architecturaly progressive in a fifties/sixties motif with furnishings included in the Permanent Collection of the Museum of Modern Art. During daylight hours natural light bathes the studio from early morning til sunset through the 50 eight foot windows accessing unobstructed views east, south, and west over the hudson river. At night the studio view is of the evening river traffic from the Statue of Liberty to the Jersey Cliffs.
